About The Foundation

The Fremont-Rideout Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to making our communities a healthier place to live. Its purpose is to provide financial support and promote goodwill for the Fremont-Rideout Health Group. The Foundation Board of Directors is a group of community volunteers who have a vision — helping the Fremont-Rideout Health Group make a difference in our communities. The men and women on the Board are dedicated to the future of our health care. When you give to the hospital Foundation, 100% of your gift helps provide funds for health care programs, new equipment, renovations and scholarships that make an immediate and lasting difference in the quality of health care delivered.
